Performer Terms and Conditions
The Performer gives the entity known as Queen Cleopatra and all licensees and assignees the absolute right to the copyright and to use the photographs and videos taken on the date in question and any other reproduction or adaptations thereof, in whole or in the part, alone or in composite or altered form, or in conjunction with any wording or other photographs, videos or drawings, for advertising, publicity, editorial, or any other electronic purpose including use on the internet.
You understand that you do not own the copyright in the photographs, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished use of the photographs or videos and that the copyright of the photographs or videos belongs to the entity known as Queen Cleopatra as per the United Kingdom Copyright Act 1988.
You hereby release and discharge the entity known as Queen Cleopatra and all licensees and assignees from any liability whatsoever, by reason of any distortion or alteration or use in composite or other form, whether intentional or not, which may occur in the making or use of the photographs or videos.
You shall be over the age of 18 based on the supporting documentation you shall produce on the date in question. You are of sound mind and have the right to enter into a contract with the entity known as Queen Cleopatra.
